Terms of service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order and making payment, the client confirms that:
• They are 18 years or older
• They have read these Terms of Service
• They understand and fully agree to them
Violation of these terms may result in order cancellation without a refund.

2. Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to:
• Refuse any order
• Cancel or stop working on an order
Without any obligation to explain the reason.

3. Commission Process

Standard workflow:
1. Discussion of the order
2. Payment
3. Sketch / line art stage
4. Sketch approval
5 .Final artwork
6. File delivery
Work does not begin until payment is received.
If the client does not respond for more than 7 days, the order may be suspended or cancelled.

4. Payment and Refunds

Accepted payment method:
• Boosty
Payment options:
1. 100% prepayment
2. 50% prepayment + 50% before final delivery
The final work will not be delivered until full payment is received.
Refunds:
• No refund once work has begun
! Payments made through Boosty are non-refundable due to platform limitations.
If the artist cancels the commission, the client will receive credit equal to the remaining value of the order, which can be used for a future commission.

5. Revisions and Deadlines

Revisions:
• Up to 5 revisions during the sketch stage are included
• Additional revisions may require an extra fee
After sketch approval:
• Major changes are not allowed
• Significant changes may require a new commission
Deadlines:
The turnaround time depends on:
• Complexity of the work
• Number of characters
• Current workload
Estimated timeframe: 7 days to 3 months.
The artist is not responsible for delays caused by illness, technical issues, or force majeure.

6. Copyright and Artist Rights

The artist retains:
• Full copyright to the artwork
• The right to publish the work
• The right to use the work in portfolios and marketing
The artwork may be posted on:
• Social media
• Portfolios
• Art platforms

7. Client Usage Rights

By default, the client receives a personal-use license.
Allowed:
• Posting on social media
• Use as an avatar or banner
• Personal storage
Not allowed without a commercial license:
• Selling the artwork
• Printing merchandise
• Using it in games or commercial projects
• NFTs
• AI training

8. Restrictions (AI, Editing, Resale)

The client may not:
• Modify or edit the artwork
• Apply filters or crop the image
• Resell the artwork
• Mint NFTs
• Use the work for AI training or datasets
• Use the image in blockchain projects
Without the artist’s written permission.
When posting the artwork publicly, credit to the artist is required.

9. Conduct, Files, and TOS Changes

Harassment policy
Any form of:
• Pressure
• Insults
• Threats
Will result in immediate order cancellation without a refund.
Chargebacks
Chargeback attempts or fraud will result in:
• A permanent ban
• Possible legal action
File delivery
The final file is delivered as:
• PNG / JPG
• High resolution
Source files (PSD, CLIP, etc.) are not included.
Changes to TOS
The artist reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
