Terms of service

I reserve the right to refuse to fulfill an order without giving any reasons.I do not cooperate with clients who have a negative psychological impact, for example:
insults, rudeness, excessive persistence, etc.
In case of such behavior, the client is blacklisted without the right to restore.The work is carried out exclusively by 100% prepayment.
The price includes: the full price of the work and the commission of the service (15%), through which the payment is made.Copyright: all purchased works are for personal use only.
It is forbidden to resell or other commercial use without my written consent.
If you wish to resell the work, you must indicate the authorship and conclude an agreement with me with payment of 10% royalty.

Basic Rules

I do not fulfill orders with adult content for persons under 18 years of age.
Refunds are not possible if more than 50% of the work is completed.
I accompany the customer at all stages of illustration creation, providing intermediate images and accepting comments.Edits:
Up to 5 free edits are provided.
Further corrections are paid additionally (from 10% to 30% of the cost of the work - depending on the complexity).Before placing an order, please read these terms and conditions carefully.
If the finished work does not suit you - no refunds.
Creating a new work will require a new order.

Requirements

To get started I need:

  • A brief description of the character (appearance, skin color, type and color of clothes, etc.)

  • Visual references (if available)

  • Reference to one of my works, corresponding to the desired style of execution

  • If you are ordering paint only, provide a finished sketch or line art and a link to my art done in the style you want.

  • Once the work is completed and approved, I upload the final file to cloud storage and send you a link to download.
